OVERALL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR US Location, room size, double bed very comfortable bed settee double size very comfortable for that kind of bed Sufficient kitchen size ,nice large settee as we were three adults that was comfortable size Lifts good Breakfast good value Plenty of sheets quilts and towels for 3 persons Adequate shower pressure IMPORTANT!! GO TO THE RECEPTION AND GET A CODE WHEN YOU CHECK IN FOR CAR PARK AT Q PARK ENOCH STREET. IT GIVES YOU 50 PER CENT OFF THE PRICE!! Q park was only 150 metres away so that was fine considering the lack of street parking The 4 days/nights would have been £105 for parking enabling us to go in and out 24/7 but wth the discount agreement from the hotel it was only £50 . Well worth to have the rental car safely parked No Bar or restaurant but breakfast is available in a little area off reception that was fine!! There is a bar across the street which is ok. Tesco supermarket 100 metres open until midnight

Everything was perfect. We stayed for 7 days in an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. So we could make our own breakfast and even cooked dinner for a few nights which was great and saved us some money we could spent on little gifts and a trip to the highlands. The bathroom had a large shower with a hairdryer and an iron board plus iron was part of the room. Everything was clean, the bed was really comfortable (even for someone with back issues) and the staff was really really nice and always helpful. We stayed in November which was the perfect time for us to come to Scotland for the first time - the whole city centre was covered in Christmas lights and on our trip to the highlands, everything was covered in snow - loved it <3 We had a wonderful time here and will definitely come back! Cheers for having us!

Annika

Lovely space, modern and very clean with everything you needed for any length of stay. Having 2 table/chair spaces, tons of wardrobe space, a full kitchenette with all supplies and a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine plus tons of plug sockets and storage in all the right places. Lovely bathroom. Extremely quiet in terms of both outside noise and hearing anything through door despite being right outside the lift. Fantastic location. Really couldn't fault anything except that the TV wasn't working (and other reviews said this) and the WiFi wasn't great for trying to use our laptop as a TV instead. I notice some comments on the bed/pillows but they are firm like the ones you get in Travelodge/Premier and this is really preference, luckily I prefer firm.

The room was big, clean, and had everything we needed for our trip! The bedroom was neat and tidy, it was really comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped! Living room was spacious and the little dining table sufficed the three of us. The facilities was also great; it had a laundry bar and a gym next door. The laundry place was well-kept and had tv for us to watch while we wait. The staff were really friendly and accommodating- always greeted us with a hello as we walked through the door! Solved any questions or problems I had! My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back.

Sofea

The best part of the room was the very well-equipped kitchenette, which had two induction stoves, a dishwasher and a microwave, plus knives, a cutting board and an assortment of cooking utensils. If you are looking to do some simple cooking, the provided appliances more than fit your needs (and there is a Tesco express across the road for groceries). Though housekeeping was not included in our short stay, the staff at reception were helpful and attentive in providing us refills for things like toilet roll. The hotel is also fairly close to Glasgow Central station and easy to navigate to.
